| The order of execution | – Step 1: organizations and individuals declaring customs submit documents requesting consultation – Step 2: customs authorities: + Receive consultation documents + Check documents and documents submitted by customs declarants to clarify signs of doubt about the declared value + Prepare a consultation record: clearly state the conclusion in the consultation record according to one of the cases "insufficient basis to reject the declared value", or "sufficient basis to reject the declared value", or " There are enough grounds to reject the declared value but the customs declarant does not accept it. – Step 3: Parties participating in the consultation sign the consultation minutes |
