| Legal grounds | – Customs Law 2014; – Decree No. 08/2015/ND-CP dated January 21, 2015 of the Government detailing and implementing measures of the Customs Law on customs procedures, inspection, supervision and control; – Circular No. 14/2015/TT-BTC dated January 30, 2015 of the Ministry of Finance guiding on goods classification and analysis to classify goods; analysis to check quality and food safety for exported and imported goods. |
The order of execution
| The order of execution | – Step 1: The customs declarant registers the List of machinery and equipment electronically, accompanied by 01 reconciliation monitoring slip before importing the first batch of goods at the most convenient Customs Branch. – Step 2: The Customs Branch where the customs declarant signed the List is responsible for receiving, preparing a monitoring book, and affixing a confirmation stamp on 02 copies of the Import List and 01 copy of the reconciliation monitoring sheet (save 01 copy). original copy of the List, give the customs declarant 01 original copy of the List together with 01 original copy of the reconciliation monitoring sheet); and carry out classification and deduction, the declarant carries out import procedures until the quantity of imported goods recorded in the quantity monitoring sheet is exhausted. |
