Procedures for registering, amending and supplementing information and invalidating user account information through the ACTS System

Article 22 of Decree No. 46/2020/ND-CP dated April 9, 2020 of the Government Regulating customs procedures, customs inspection and supervision for goods in transit through the ASEAN Customs Transit System to implement Protocol 7 on the Customs Transit System.

1.1.1. Register a user account through the ACTS System

Step 1: Organize to register a user account according to the form issued by the Ministry of Finance and posted on the customs agency's electronic information portal (address: https://www.customs.gov.vn) and send to customs email: acts@customs.gov.vn to request registration;

Step 2: After registering user information according to the form, the user sends to the customs email: acts@customs.gov.vn to proceed with registration.

Step 3: Within 03 working days, the Customs agency will check the user's registration content and respond to the results via email of the registered user.

Step 4: In case the information provided is incomplete or inappropriate, the customs authority sends a request to amend or supplement information or request to provide information to the user.

In case the information provided is complete and appropriate, the customs authority will respond to the user with information about the user's account and connection information to the ACTS System.

In case of refusal of the user's registration information, the customs authority shall clearly notify the user of the reason for refusal.

1.1.2. Invalidate user account information through the ACTS System

Step 1: User accesses the customs electronic information portal (address: https://www.customs.gov.vn) to obtain a form to request account invalidation according to the form issued by the Ministry of Finance.

Step 2: After filling in the information in the form, the user sends a request to invalidate the account to the customs authority's email: acts@customs.gov.vn.

Step 3: Within 03 working days from receiving the cancellation request, the customs authority will check the content according to the user's request and respond to the results via the user's registered email. sign.

Step 4: In case the information provided is incomplete or inappropriate, the customs authority sends a request for amendment to the user.

In case the information provided is complete and appropriate, the customs authority will accept the request to invalidate the user account and update it to the ACTS System.

1.1.3. Modify and supplement user account registration information through the ACTS System

Step 1: User accesses the customs electronic information portal (address: https://www.customs.go. goetc) to obtain a form to request amendments and supplements to information according to the form issued by the Ministry of Finance.

Step 2: After filling in the information in the form, the user sends a request to invalidate the account to the customs authority's email: acts@customs.gov.vn.
