| Requires implementation conditions | + The use of digital signatures and the legal value of digital signatures comply with the provisions of law on digital signatures and digital signature authentication services. + Digital signatures used to carry out administrative procedures must be authenticated by a digital certificate of an organization providing public digital signature authentication services; Foreign digital certificates are licensed for use in Vietnam. + In case the declarant has registered to use multiple digital signatures with specialized processing systems, the declarant has the right to choose to use one of the digital signatures currently in use. |
| Legal grounds | Article 12 Decree no 85/2019/ND-CP dated November 14, 2019 of the Government regulating the implementation of administrative procedures according to the national single window mechanism, the ASEAN single window mechanism and specialized inspection for exported and imported goods. |

+ Name and tax code of the exporter or importer; + Full name, identity card number or citizen identification card number, passport number or document number with equivalent legal value, title (if any) of the person issued with a digital certificate; + Serial Number; + Validity period of digital certificate. |
