Article 57 of Decree 08/2021/ND-CP has regulations on electronic procedures for Vietnamese and Cambodian inland waterway vessels leaving the country

Pursuant to Clause 1, Clause 2 and Clause 3, Article 56 of Decree 08/2021/ND-CP regulating electronic procedures for inland waterway vehicles

Article 58 of Decree 08/2021/ND-CP stipulates procedures for foreign ships and waterway vehicles entering, leaving, entering and exiting the country

1. Documents for ship entry procedures The person completing the procedures shall submit and present the following papers and documents: –

1. Implementation order: a) Submit administrative procedures documents: - At least 02 hours before the ship leaves the port, the person carrying out the procedures
