Implementing Clause 6, Article 79 of Decree No. 08/2022/ND-CP dated January 10, 2022 of the Government detailing a number of articles of the Law on Environmental Protection, the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment will announce List of organizations and recycling units and organizations and units authorized to organize the recycling of products and packaging for manufacturers and importers to know and choose.

The Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment widely informs active recycling organizations and units and authorized organizations and units to organize the recycling of products and packaging for manufacturers and importers. If you wish to be published according to the above regulations, please send it Proposal to the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment (Department of Legal Affairs) before April 25, 2023 for review and announcement.
