| The order of execution | Step 1: Documentation:
Enterprises that request to continue operating as customs clearance agents shall prepare a dossier requesting to continue operating as customs clearance agents and send them to the General Department of Customs. – Step 2: Continuing to operate customs clearance agents: The General Department of Customs receives, checks documents and organizes inspection and verification of the conditions for operating customs clearance agents of enterprises according to regulations; The Director General of the General Department of Customs issued a decision to continue operating customs clearance agents if the prescribed conditions are met. |
