The order of execution
| The order of execution | - Step 1: Export processing enterprises (EPDs) send documents to the Customs Branch managing the EPEs with information about location, location, area, infrastructure conditions, and goods management and supervision mechanism. put into and out of warehouse, warehouse rental period; - Step 2: Based on the request of the export processing enterprise, the Customs Sub-Department managing the export processing enterprise shall inspect the current status of the warehouse and compare it with the conditions specified in Point a of this Clause to consider and decide whether the export processing enterprise can rent a warehouse outside the export processing enterprise or notify the export processing enterprise. Report if it exceeds authority. |
