The order of execution |
- Step 1: Submit your application: Contestants must submit exam registration documents to the Customs Department of the province or city at a convenient place chosen by the contestant and must pay fees according to current law regulations at the place where exam registration documents are submitted. . - Step 2: Exam organization: The customs authority receives exam candidates' dossiers, the General Department of Customs develops exam regulations, establishes exam councils and organizes exams at provincial and city Customs Departments or in clusters including several Departments. Provincial and city customs offices to facilitate candidates. The exam council publicly announces the exam results on the e-portal of the General Department of Customs, the e-Customs newspaper and posts them at the headquarters of the provincial and city Customs Departments where exam applications are received. In case of disagreement with the exam results announced by the Exam Council, the test taker must apply for a review of the exam. - Step 3: Issuing certificates of customs declaration operations: + In case the contestant has an unsatisfactory exam subject, the results of the satisfactory exam subjects will be automatically reserved for a period of 01 year from the date of notification of re-examination results on the General Information Portal of the General Department of Justice.
