| Requires implementation conditions | + Have an area suitable for the business's operating model and at least 1000 m2. + Ensure working conditions for customs authorities such as office headquarters, goods inspection places, equipment installation places (scanners, etc.), and warehouses for evidence of violations. + The area must have a fence separating it from the surrounding area, and be equipped with a camera system, electronic scales, and scanners. Goods entering and leaving the warehouse must be managed by a computer system and connected to the customs agency's monitoring system. + In case the location is invested and built by an enterprise, the enterprise must have an investment certificate or postal license and a notice of postal activities issued by a competent authority according to the provisions of law on postal services. . |
