Article 58 of Decree 08/2021/ND-CP stipulates procedures for foreign ships and waterway vehicles entering, leaving, entering and exiting at inland waterway ports as follows:
– Foreign waterway vessels and ships entering, leaving, entering and exiting at inland waterway ports shall carry out procedures according to the provisions of maritime law for ships entering, leaving, entering and exiting at the port. sea and this Decree.
– Forms of permits for entering and leaving inland waterway ports and entry and exit for foreign ships and waterway vehicles comply with the provisions of maritime law.
