1.Customs documents
– Customs documents for departing aircraft include:
a) Declaration of goods exported by air in case the aircraft transports exported goods;
b) Passenger list in case of aircraft transporting passengers;
c) List of flight crew and staff working on the aircraft;
d) Checked baggage manifest in case of aircraft transporting passengers;
d) Passenger reservation information (PNR);
e) Flight information includes: route, flight number, airline name, border gate, number of passengers and departure time.
2. Time limit for providing customs dossier information
– For departing aircraft:
a) Immediately after the carrier completes procedures for exported goods and departing passengers arrive before the aircraft departs, the declaration of exported goods and the master bill of lading must be submitted within 01 hour. after the aircraft has departed;
b) The deadline for providing passenger reservation information (PNR) is no later than 24 hours before the aircraft's expected departure time.
