When completing entry procedures for transit aircraft, customs declarants submit customs documents according to immigration regulations; When completing exit procedures, if there are changes in documents upon entry, the declarer Must submit customs documents including documents that have changed compared to the time of entry.
Aircraft in transit when making a technical stop do not have to go through customs declaration procedures, but must be subject to customs supervision.
