Resolution deadline | 10 working days 1. Within 05 working days from the date of receiving the written request to temporarily suspend operations/return operations to the warehouse or location of the enterprise, the Customs Department of the province or city shall carry out inspection. Prepare a record confirming the amount of goods in stock in the bonded warehouse and report to the General Department of Customs. 2. Within 05 working days from the date of receiving the report from the Customs Department of the province or city, the General Department of Customs shall issue a decision to temporarily suspend operations/return operations to warehouses and locations. |

The order of execution | Step 1: Enterprises send requests for temporary suspension of warehouses and locations to the Provincial or City Customs Department in case the enterprise temporarily suspends operations/resumes operations at bonded warehouses or tax-suspension warehouses; LCL collection locations; Petroleum storage; warehouse does not last long; centralized locations for gathering, inspecting and supervising exported and imported goods; centralized gathering, inspection and supervision locations for postal and express delivery goods; locations for gathering, inspecting and supervising exported and imported goods in border areas; Warehouses and locations in seaport areas, inland waterway ports, international airports, and international railway stations are eligible for customs gathering, inspection, and supervision.
Step 2: The Customs Department of provinces and cities checks, prepares a record to confirm the amount of goods in stock, location and reports to the General Department of Customs. Step 3: The General Department of Customs issued a decision to temporarily suspend operations. Step 4: During the temporary suspension period, businesses wishing to resume operations shall notify in writing to the Customs Department of the province or city Step 5: Provincial and city Customs Departments check the conditions and report to the General Department of Customs to decide on the resumption of operations of warehouses and locations. |
