Step 1: The customs declarant sends a request to cancel the customs transit declaration via the ACTS System to the customs authority at the point of departure. Step 2: Within 08 working hours from receiving the customs declarant's cancellation request, the Customs Sub-department at the point of departure will check the reason, conditions and information of the cancellation request via the ACTS System, perform the cancellation and respond to the customs declarant with the result via the ACTS System. |
