– Articles 69, 70, 71,72,73 Decree No. 08/2015/ND-CP dated January 21, 2015 of the Government detailing and implementing measures for a number of articles of the Customs Law on customs procedures customs, inspection, supervision and control are amended and supplemented in Clauses 40, 41, 42, Article 1 of Decree No. 59/2018/ND-CP dated April 20, 2018. – Circular No. 50/2018/TT-BTC dated May 23, 2018 of the Ministry of Finance Promulgating information norms and sample declaration documents when carrying out exit, entry, and transit procedures for vehicles passing through air, sea, rail, road and river border gates according to the provisions of Decree No. 59/2018/ND-CP dated April 20, 2018. – Circular No. 274/2016/TT-BTC dated November 14, 2016 regulating collection rates, collection, payment, management and use of customs fees and fees for goods and vehicles in transit. |

At the international railway station at the border: a) Bill of lading (if any): 01 copy; b) Cargo manifest at domestic international intermodal terminal according to the form issued by the Ministry of Finance: 01 original copy b) Cargo communication paper: 01 original copy; c) Goods communication paper: 01 original; d) Ship building order confirmation: 01 original copy; d) List of passengers for passenger trains and passengers going through customs procedures at the international intermodal railway station at the border (if any): 01 original copy." II. Entry ship: 1. At the international railway station at the border: a) Goods communication paper: 01 original; b) Bill of lading: 01 photocopy; c) Manifest of imported goods unloaded at each international railway station according to the form issued by the Ministry of Finance: 02 originals; d) List of passengers for passenger trains and passengers checking in at the international intermodal railway station at the border (if any): 01 original copy; d) List of fuel, tools, and food carried on the ship (if any): 01 original copy. 2. At inland international intermodal railway stations: a) Bill of lading: 01 photocopy; b) Manifest of imported goods unloaded at each international railway station according to the form issued by the Ministry of Finance: 02 originals Documents mentioned in Point b, Point c, Clause 1 of this Article; c) Passenger list for passenger trains and passengers checking in at domestic international intermodal railway stations (if any): 01 original copy. |
