The order of execution | + Step 1: The customs declarant creates information and sends it to the National Single Window Information Portal
+ Step 2: Customs authorities receive and exploit information above CNational information one-stop shop or information from paper records to complete exit, entry, and transit procedures a) In case the declared information fully meets the prescribed criteria, the Customs agency will send a notice accepting the customs declaration content through CNational information one-stop shop. In case the customs declaration information is incomplete, the Customs agency will notify the reason for not receiving it and request the customs declarant to make additional declaration through Cnational information one-stop shop; b) In case there is a basis to determine that there are smuggled or illegally transported goods on the ship, the Director of the Customs Branch shall decide to physically inspect the ship or take other professional measures according to regulations. under the law; c) In case the customs declarant submits paper documents: The customs authority receives the documents, checks the documents in the dossier set specified in Article 65 of this Decree, and notifies the port authority for clearance. For outgoing ships: a) General declaration; b) Cargo declaration in case the ship transports goods; c) List of crew members; d) Luggage manifest for crew members and employees working on ships; d) Ship's reserve declaration; e) Passenger list in case the ship transports passengers; g) Dangerous goods declaration in case the ship transports dangerous goods. When the ship exits the country, if there is no change compared to the content declared when the ship enters the country, the customs declarant only has to submit a general declaration. 3. For ships in transit When completing entry procedures for ships in transit, customs declarants submit customs documents according to regulations as with entry procedures; When completing exit procedures, if there are changes in documents upon entry, the customs declarant shall submit customs dossiers including documents that have changed compared to the time of entry. |
