The order of execution | a) In case customs procedures for goods in transit through the ACTS System are carried out at the Customs Branch outside the border gate
Step 1: The customs declarant fills in the transit customs declaration information and attaches the documents included in the customs dossier. Step 2: In case the shipment must have customs records checked, the Customs Branch of departure point (Customs Branch outside the border gate) checks and compares the information of the customs transit declaration that has been approved by the ACTS System. Accept the declaration and issue a customs transit declaration reference number (abbreviated as ARN) with documents included in the customs dossier presented by the customs declarant. Step 3: In case the shipment must be physically inspected, the Customs Branch of the point of departure checks and compares the information of the transit declaration that has been accepted by the ACTS System to declare, issue an ARN number and documents. belonging to the customs records with the actual goods presented by the customs declarant. Step 4: The customs department of departure destination seals the container, updates the customs seal number or records information on the certification record in case the goods cannot be sealed through the ACTS System. Step 5: The Customs Department of departure approves goods to be transported in transit through the ACTS System; Give the customs declarant 01 copy of TAD printed from the ACTS System to use as documents accompanying goods in transit; Step 6: Departure customs branch monitors and coordinates with relevant agencies (guarantee agency, export border gate customs, transit country customs and destination country customs) to handle abnormalities that occur. occurred during the transit of goods according to regulations.
