The order of execution |
a) Procedures for transiting reserve ACTS goods at the Transit Customs Branch: Step 1: The customs declarant presents the goods with TAD and related documents to the Transit Customs Branch; Step 2: The customs department checks the status of the goods; check customs seals or special seals for goods in transit of priority transit enterprises; Compare the seal number on the TAD with the seal number on the means of transport and container containing goods in transit; If the inspection and comparison results are consistent, the Customs Branch will approve, record the results and sign and stamp the back of the TAD; Save 01 copy of the approved TAD, signed and stamped; Return the original TAD to the carrier to continue the transit journey; In case the inspection and comparison results are inconsistent, the Director of the Customs Sub-Department will consider and decide on the actual inspection of the goods based on the level of incompatibility. When physically inspecting the goods, the Customs Sub-Department checks the information on the TAD documents and documents in the customs dossier with the actual goods. If the actual inspection results are consistent with the declaration, the Sub-Department Customs continues with Step 3. Step 3: When physically inspecting the goods, the Customs Branch checks the information on the TAD and documents in the customs dossier with the actual goods.
