The order of execution
| The order of execution | Step 1: Enterprises notify the Customs Branch managing duty-free shops and duty-free warehouses according to Form No. 10/DSHH Appendix II issued with Decree 100/2020/ND-CP dated August 28, 2020.
Step 2: Before taking the goods out of the duty-free shop, the enterprise shall cancel the "VIET NAM DUTY NOT PAID" stamp affixed to each item under the supervision of the managing customs authority, and make a record of the "VIETNAM DUTY NOT PAID" stamps have been canceled. |
