a.11) Declaration of stowaways on board (if any).

a.12) Ship's reserve declaration (if there are any changes compared to the time of entry).

a. Documents declared electronically through the National Single Window:

a.1) Final port departure permit.

a.2) List of crew members with full information about positions.

a.3) Passenger list.

a.4) Declaration of goods, shipping contract or warehouse invoice or shipping document.

a.5) Plant quarantine declaration (for goods subject to plant quarantine).

a.6) Animal quarantine declaration (for goods subject to animal quarantine).

b. Documents must be submitted and presented

b.1) Valid certificate of technical safety and environmental protection of inland waterway vehicles.

b.2) Plant quarantine certificate (for goods subject to plant quarantine).

b.3) Animal quarantine certificate of the exporting country (for goods subject to animal quarantine).

b.4) Documents related to goods carried on board.

b.5) Inland waterway vehicle registration certificate (or a copy certified by a credit institution in case the vehicle is pledged or mortgaged).

b.6) Diploma or certificate of professional ability, professional certificate of crew members and vehicle drivers.

b.7) Copy of civil liability insurance certificate of the person doing business in transporting flammable and explosive goods to a third party; Copy of compulsory civil liability insurance certificate of the passenger transport operator for the passenger.

b.8) Water transport license across the Vietnam - Cambodia border.

3. Documents for Vietnamese and Cambodian inland waterway vehicles exiting at Vietnamese seaports and inland waterway ports through the National Single Window Mechanism

a. Documents declared electronically through the National Single Window Information Portal.

a.1) Notify the vehicle leaving the port.

a.2) List of crew members with full titles.

a.3) Passenger list (for passenger vehicles).

a.4) Cargo declaration, transportation contract or warehouse invoice or shipping document (for vehicles waiting for goods).

b. Documents must be submitted and presented

b.1) Documents related to goods carried on board.

b.2) Animal quarantine certificate (in case the next country of entry requires it).

b.3) Plant quarantine certificate (if any).

b.4) Documents confirming the payment of fees, charges, fines or payment of debts according to the provisions of law.

b.5) Documents related to changes compared to documents when completing procedures for vehicles entering seaports and inland ports.

b.6) Seafarer's professional certificate.
