3. List of countries registered to export foods of plant origin to Vietnam download

4. Records include:

          a. Food safety inspection registration certificate. Form 4 Decree 15/2018/BNNTPTN (2 copies)

          b. Declaration and self-declaration for pre-packaged processed goods (copy). Decree 15/2018/BNNPTNT

          c. Information about customs declaration numbers and HS codes

          d. (01 copy) Packing list (packing list)
