ANNOUNCEMENT: Regarding RECEIVING CONTAINER IMPORTED PLASTIC SCRAP GOODS

In accordance with the current actual situation, to meet the needs of importing plastic scrap products of Shipping Lines/Customers in the near future. From March 1, 2023, Saigon New Port (TCSG) would like to inform you Shipping Lines/ Shipping Line Agents and Customers on receiving containers of scrap plastic goods imported from ships or transferred from ports in the TCSG system to Tan Cang - Cat Lai Port or Tan Cang - Hiep Phuoc Port for container delivery, As follows:

– Before containers of imported plastic scrap goods arrive at the two ports mentioned above, customers come to register to import plastic scrap goods at the port and the documents must fully meet the contents of "Receiving process". containers of imported plastic scrap" from TCSG attached to this notice.

– In case the customer takes the goods out of the port beyond the committed time (From the 11th day from the time the container is unloaded from the ship or barge into the port), in addition to the prescribed costs, TCSG will collect additional fees. "Overdue time commitment to receive goods" fee, specifically as follows:

+ 20′ container: 150,000 VND/container/day

+ 40′ container: 210,000 VND/container/day

+ 45′ container: 270,000 VND/container/day

The above unit price does not include Value Added Tax. This surcharge for overdue time commitment to receive goods applies specifically to containers of imported plastic scrap whose destination port is TCCL port or TCHP port, not included and separate from storage fees in the current contract. with Shipping Lines and in the current Domestic Tariff of TCSG.
