ANNOUNCEMENT: CHANGE OF LOCATION FOR CONTAINER/SEAL INFORMATION CONFIRMATION AND SEAL CUTTING REGISTRATION

Since 14/12/2022, TCSG announces or changes the location for confirming container/seal information and registering for seal cutting and pressing at Ter A, B, specifically as follows:

1. Customers need to confirm the status of containers and seals compared to reality:

• During office hours: Customers please contact and complete procedures at Ter A and Ter B offices at Gate B (garage area in the Port)
• Out office hours: Please contact the office Production Department (applies to Terminals A, B, C, cold areas)
• Driver case detect that a problem has arisen When delivering and receiving containers in the yard, please contact us Field Office for processing.

2. Customers need to register for seal cutting at the Central yard (Ter A, B)

• Customers contact and check in at Ter A, Ter B Office at Gate B (garage area in the Port)

• Client DO NOT MOVE YOURSELF into the area central beach if there is no worker with you.
• Procedures and processes Register "Cut and seal" on ePort as before.
• Customers will receive workers Provide safety helmets and reflective vests Use when moving in the yard.
