In order to support businesses in printing C/O forms quickly, conveniently and accurately, the E-commerce Development Center (Ecomviet) - Department of E-commerce and Digital Economy, Ministry of Industry and Trade has built a support application. Support printing C/O on PDF according to the form announced by the Ministry of Industry and Trade. Trial software version at address http://vsign.vn Expected to be deployed at the end of April 2023.
On October 10, 2022, the Ministry of Industry and Trade issued Notice No. 257/TB-BCT on printing certificates of origin on regular A4 paper.
According to this Notice, to facilitate and reduce costs for businesses to promote exports, from October 15, 2022, traders requesting to issue certain types of C/O can download the C/O form and automatically Print from eCoSys System at https://ecosys.gov.vn.
Types of C/O that traders can print themselves on white paper, A4 size according to ISO standards include: form D, AANZ, AK, AI, AJ, E, AHK, RCEP, CPTPP, VK, VJ, VC , VN-CU and S.
During the transition period, from October 15, 2022 to April 15, 2023, traders can continue to use C/O forms of the above types issued to traders by the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
Currently, there are many different manual ways to print PDF forms such as using word, excel, using copyrighted pdf with very high fees... but all have to copy data to each Orig, Dup, Trip page. This process creates a number of obstacles that make businesses still encounter difficulties, confusion, and errors.

With efforts to accompany and support businesses in the process of declaring electronic C/O, Ecomviet expects that, thanks to the trial software version, businesses will save time and costs; Print the C/O form accurately according to regulations, avoiding errors during the C/O printing process or being returned by the management agency due to misprinting, deviation, or changing the C/O form format.

Businesses will be able to try the software from the end of April 2023 to the end of May 31, 2023 to have practical experiences and objectively evaluate the differences of the new version compared to the previous version. During the testing period, Ecomviet will support businesses to overcome problems and continue to update the software to become more optimal and perfect.
