Use terminal software provided by the General Department of Customs for free:

Perform installation according to the instruction manual.
* Note: During the installation process, the program will ask to enter the parameters "Workstation code" and "Access key", these are business parameters provided when registering system users ( Step 2).
2. Software of companies providing customs declaration terminal software:
Electronic customs declaration software that meets the technical requirements for connecting to the VNACCS/VCIS System includes:

Step 4: Use terminal software to perform customs declaration
Terminal software for businesses is provided free of charge by the General Department of Customs.

Reflect problems during operation (if any)
Enterprises can report problems to customs authorities in the following two ways:
– Reflection through the Customs e-Portal:
Businesses reflect problems with services “Support for problems operating the VNACCS/VCIS System”.
It is recommended that businesses actively report problems using this method, attaching screenshots when errors arise to create favorable conditions for customs authorities to handle problems.
– Feedback by phone:
Enterprises call the Support Department of the customs office where problems arise.
