1. Case 1: Goods have not yet opened a customs declaration

Step 2: Submit the official dispatch to the Head of TCS/SCSC Warehouse Department, asking for approval of the file. The submitted dossier includes:
- There is an official letter asking to withdraw goods from the warehouse.
- Original weighing sheet.
- Referral.

Step 3: TCS /SCSC will provide a sample sheet. This form fills out all shipment information in the Form, and requires signatures of the departments related to the shipment.
- Person receiving goods at TCS /SCSC warehouse when goods enter the gate: Loading and unloading of the warehouse
- Person needing goods at TCS/SCSC warehouse: Representative of the weighing agent
- Head of warehouse department TCS /SCSC
- After completing the above 3 steps, you go to the service office of SCSC / TCS warehouse to pay service fees and storage fees (if any arise). TCS /SCSC office sends you "Ex-warehousing note"
Step 4: Go to the Customs office supervising the warehouse and present the TCS/SCSC Goods Withdrawal Form with all the signatures of the relevant departments. Customs will sign permission to release the goods to TCS/SCSC warehouse.
Step 5: Present the "Delivery note" to take the goods to the gate.
2. Case 2: Goods have opened customs declaration.
