Within 45 days from the date of confirmation of complete and valid documents; The investigation agency will evaluate the file to submit to the Minister of Industry and Trade to consider whether or not to investigate the case.
The content of the dossier appraisal includes:
- Determine the legal representative status of the domestic manufacturing industry of the organization or individual submitting the application according to the provisions of the Foreign Trade Management Law;
- Determine evidence that dumping of imported goods causes or threatens to cause significant damage to the domestic industry or significantly prevents the formation of a domestic industry.

– Information about the business;
– Design capacity and output of prestressed steel cable products in 2021 and 2022;

– Any other documents/evidence that the company thinks is related to the case.
