To ensure compliance with regulations and avoid the risk of strict control measures from China; At the same time, in order to well and effectively manage phytosanitary objects right from the growing areas and control stations, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development requests the People's Committees of provinces and cities to direct local specialized agencies on a number of issues. stand behind:
1. Arrange enough resources to carry out inspection and supervision of growing areas and CSG that have been granted codes; Strengthen propaganda and widely disseminate Chinese regulations as well as technical guidance documents from the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (Department of Plant Protection) for organizations and individuals involved in production and export Go to China to know and comply.
2. Direct the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development to strengthen strict control of Chinese phytosanitary objects in growing areas and quarantine codes that have been granted in the province; Require inspection officers to fully implement technical measures to ensure cleaning of harmful organisms on goods before export; There is a mechanism to monitor the packaging process at import facilities.
3. For cases of violation of phytosanitary regulations as notified by China, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development will temporarily suspend the relevant codes to investigate the cause and apply appropriate remedial measures. fit.
4. The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development will also apply measures to temporarily suspend the use of planting area codes and CSGs related to export shipments that do not meet the requirements of the Chinese side and repeat violations many times during the inspection process. KDTV.
5. Request the People's Committees of provinces and cities with export border gates to direct relevant authorities to coordinate with phytosanitary agencies at border gates to strictly inspect goods according to Chinese regulations.
