(Mic.gov.vn) – In order to minimize fraudulent impersonation and advertising violations of the law, and at the same time, to protect the rights of telecommunications service users, on March 21, 2023, Department of Telecommunications, Ministry of Information and Communications issued document no 1029 /CVT-PTHT on communication through official channels of mobile businesses in the process of standardizing mobile subscriber information.

Accordingly, the official channels of mobile telecommunications businesses are used for notification purposes (texting, calling), and customer care related to the standardization of subscriber information according to detailed information. as follows:

For Viettel network
