2. Application for C/O form AK

- Application for issuance of C/O: you can issue an application from the Ecosy system
- Ecosys/Comis: Export from the Ecosy system
- Packing List: Signed and stamped with a round stamp
- Export declaration: Sign and stamp with a round seal
- Barcode: Signed and stamped in a round circle
- Invoice: Sign and stamp with round stamp
- Bill Of Lading: Signed and stamped with a round seal
- List of Raw Materials: Signed and stamped with a round stamp
- Production process: Signed and stamped with a circular carpentry seal
- Import declaration and input invoice: Sign and stamp with round stamp
- Consumption norms for raw materials and accessories: Sign and stamp with a round stamp
After preparing all documents including the above documents, you submit this document to the export management department, Ministry of Industry and Trade for approval to issue C/O. Remember that the more accurate documents you prepare for the goods, the easier it is for you to be approved for a C/O.
3. Procedure for applying for C/O form AK
After fully preparing the procedures and understanding the content of C/O form AK, you will apply for C/O form AK according to the following specific steps:
- Step 1: You need to declare on the system on the website of the Ministry of Industry and Trade. If your business is not yet registered as a trader, you will need to prepare a trader profile. Then apply for an account on the system.
- Step 2: You will need to take a reservation number and wait to be called at the counter
- Step 3: Submit the prepared application to the receiving officer. Your documents will be checked in detail by staff and given specific advice if there are any problems with your preparation.
- Step 4: Issue C/O form AK and receive data from the website
- Step 5: The officer receiving your application will sign and approve C/O Form AK. That C/O will be stamped and the management agency will save 1 copy, the remaining copy will be returned to the business.
