Comprehensive strategic cooperation between Vietnam and China has achieved good development, bringing practical benefits to both sides, in which economic and trade cooperation is constantly developing deeply and widely.
The Minister highly appreciated the role and position of Hainan in the overall economic and trade cooperation between Vietnam and China, because this is a locality with a geographical location very close to Vietnam and approved by the Government. China plans and builds the "World's Largest Free Trade Port" and is expected to officially become a Bonded Zone ("Phong Quan") before 2025 with many special preferential policies.
