Procedures to cancel the guarantee through the ACTS . System

Notify the cancellation of guarantee to the customs authority where the customs transit declaration is registered by post or via the electronic data system.

Step 1: When canceling the guarantee for one journey or guaranteeing multiple itineraries, the guarantor shall notify the customs authority where the guarantee information is registered by post or via the system according to the form issued by the Ministry of Finance. Step 2: The letter of guarantee is no longer valid on the 14th day after the date the guarantor submits a written request to cancel the guarantee. Customs authorities update the bond cancellation through the ACTS System

Step 3: The ACTS System updates the guarantee cancellation status on the ACTS System.
