[VOV2] – The plan aims to promptly implement the Law on Medical Examination and Treatment No. 15/2023/QH15 as soon as the Law takes effect, ensuring effective and effective implementation.
Minister of Health Dao Hong Lan has just signed Decision 1701/QD-BYT promulgating the Plan to implement the Law on Medical Examination and Treatment No. 15/2023/QH15 (Revised Law on Medical Examination and Treatment).
The plan's requirements are to propagate and disseminate the Law on Medical Examination and Treatment (amended) to medical examination and treatment facilities, practitioners, and people to ensure strict implementation of the provisions of the Law; Promulgate fully detailed regulatory documents to ensure their effect concurrently with the Law;
In this plan, the Minister of Health assigns and assigns specific responsibilities for implementation to the Departments/Departments/General Department/Ministry Office/Inspection of the Ministry of Health. As follows:
– The Department of Medical Examination and Treatment Management is assigned to compile general documents to serve propaganda, dissemination and training of the Law; Organize conferences to implement the Law; develop a number of contents, be the focal point to synthesize and submit a number of legal documents detailing and guiding the implementation of the assigned contents in the Law on Medical Examination and Treatment (amended); Help the Minister organize the implementation of the Law and monitor and urge departments, agencies, units under the Ministry, Departments of Health of provinces and centrally run cities and relevant organizations and individuals in organizing the implementation of the Law. Organizing the implementation of the Law;
– Other departments and agencies under the Ministry of Health are assigned to compile specialized dissemination documents within the scope of assigned functions and tasks; is the focal point for synthesizing and submitting a number of legal regulations detailing and guiding the implementation of assigned contents in the Law on Medical Examination and Treatment (amended); Organize propaganda and dissemination of the Law's content to subjects under its management.
– Departments of Health of provinces and cities organize propaganda and dissemination of the Law's content to medical examination and treatment facilities, local practitioners and other subjects under their management.
– Medical examination and treatment facilities under the Ministry of Health, medical examination and treatment facilities under the Department of Health, ministries, branches, private medical examination and treatment facilities organize propaganda and dissemination of information The content of the Law is for practitioners, patients, relatives of patients and other subjects under the scope of management.
