Follow Appendix III, “List of imported goods according to license and conditions” is issued herewith Decree No. 69/2018/ND-CP dated May 15, 2018 of the Government detailing a number of articles of the Law on Foreign Trade Management.
APPENDIX III
LIST OF IMPORTED GOODS ACCORDING TO LICENSES AND CONDITIONS
(Attached to Decree No. 69/2018/ND-CP dated May 15, 2018 of the Government)
This category applies to operations imports of goods trade, non-trade; importing goods in border areas; Government and non-Government aid goods.
I. LIST OF GOODS IMPORTED UNDER LICENSES AND CONDITIONS UNDER THE SCOPE OF MANAGEMENT OF THE MINISTRY OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE
