CLASSIFICATION OF GOODS INSPECTION<\/span><\/p>\n

TYPES OF INSPECTION<\/span><\/p>\n

1.At the place of production<\/span><\/p>\n

Inspection of input materials. Check raw materials before production, ensure they meet product quality requirements, avoid wasting time and material costs.<\/p>\n

Initial production inspection. Check the product quality of sample products and offered products compared to order requirements before starting mass production, helping to minimize wasted time, scrap, re-production, order delays, Disputes about the quality of goods later.<\/p>\n

Inspection during production. Ensure the quality of goods continues to meet quality requirements. Supports error control and problems that arise during production.<\/p>\n

Inspection of finished products. Determine the conformity between the finished product and the agreement in the sales contract of goods circulating on the domestic and import-export markets.<\/p>\n

2. At loading port<\/span><\/p>\n

Queuing supervision. Inspect quantity, specifications, condition of goods and packaging. Provide evidence for goods loading, which is the basis for payment.<\/p>\n

Supervise lashing and dunnage in containers at the factory, or on the ship at the loading port.<\/p>\n
