On May 22, 2023, the Trade Remedies Department received information about the Canadian Investigation Agency (CBSA) updating some deadlines in the case of administrative review of anti-dumping tax orders. Applies to certain corrosion-resistant steel sheet products originating or imported from Vietnam and Turkey.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

  1. CBSA closes collection of information: June 15, 2023;<\/li>\n
  2. Deadline for submission of arguments of the parties: June 22, 2023;<\/li>\n
  3. Deadline for submission of comments from the parties: June 29, 2023;<\/li>\n
  4. CBSA issued investigation findings: July 17, 2023.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The Trade Remedies Department notifies and recommends that relevant parties promptly carry out the investigation steps according to CBSA's updates.<\/p>\n
