This is the content of Circular 12\/2022\/TT-BGTVT dated June 30, 2022 regulating the List of potentially unsafe products and goods under the state management responsibility of the Ministry of Transport.<\/b><\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Accordingly, the list of products and goods that must be certified before customs clearance (for imports) and before being released to the market (for production and assembly) according to Appendix I includes:<\/p>\n
(1) Products and goods in the field of road vehicles, including:<\/p>\n
\u2013 Cars, trailers and semi-trailers, for example: Tractor cars (used to tow semi-trailers); Passenger cars (types carrying 10 or more people, including the driver); Concrete mixing truck;\u2026<\/p>\n
\u2013 Motorcycles (including those with sidecars); Motorcycle; Electric bicycle; Motor bike.<\/p>\n
\u2013 Specialized motorbikes.<\/p>\n
+ Wheeled crane (wheeled crane) - Type with separate cockpit and working mechanism control room;<\/p>\n
+ Wheeled crane (wheeled crane) - Type that shares the same control room for the steering mechanism and the control mechanism for the working mechanism.<\/p>\n
(Currently, according to Circular 41\/2018\/TT-BGTVT, specialized motorcycles include: Forklifts; Bulldozers (bulldozers); Excavators (excavators); Excavators (excavators); Excavators (excavators). excavators, excavators; vibrating rollers; other types of rollers; drilling trucks (drilling machines)).<\/p>\n
(2) Products and goods in the railway sector, including:<\/p>\n
