<\/a>ON THE DISSOLUTION OF THE JOINT CONTROL STATION AGAINST TRAFFICKING AND TRADE FRAUD<\/p>\n

PRIME MINISTER<\/b><\/p>\n

Pursuant to the Law on Government Organization dated June 19, 2015; Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Government Organization and the Law on Local Government Organization dated November 22, 2019;<\/i><\/p>\n

Based decree\u00a0158\/2018\/ND-CP<\/a>\u00a0November 22, 2018 of the Government on establishment, reorganization, and dissolution of administrative organizations;<\/i><\/p>\n

Pursuant to Decision No. 442\/QD-TTg dated May 19, 1998 of the Prime Minister on establishing 06 Joint Control Stations to combat smuggling and trade fraud;<\/i><\/p>\n

At the request of the Minister of Finance - Standing Deputy Head of the National Steering Committee to combat smuggling, trade fraud and counterfeit goods in Report No. 39\/TTr-BTC dated March 22, 2023 and opinions of relevant agencies.<\/i><\/p>\n

DECISION:<\/b><\/p>\n

<\/a>Article 1.<\/b>\u00a0Dissolution of Km 15 Combined Control Station, Dan Tien - Quang Ninh ferry wharf established under Decision No.\u00a0422\/QD-TTg<\/a>\u00a0May 19, 1998 by the Prime Minister.<\/p>\n

<\/a>Article 2.<\/b>\u00a0The People's Committee of Quang Ninh province carries out procedures to dissolve the Km 15 Combined Control Station, Dan Tien - Quang Ninh wharf according to the approved project and report to the Prime Minister (through the Ministry of Finance) on the results. comply with regulations; Take measures to promptly direct and deploy plans to prevent, inspect and strictly control the situation of smuggling and trade fraud in the area, to prevent complicated situations from occurring and ensure no loss. state capital and assets after the dissolution of the Combined Control Station.<\/p>\n

<\/a>Article 3.<\/b>\u00a0This Decision takes effect from the date of signing.<\/p>\n
