{"id":17784,"date":"2023-12-13T09:41:40","date_gmt":"2023-12-13T02:41:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/whitelotuslogistics.com.vn\/?p=17784"},"modified":"2023-12-13T09:41:40","modified_gmt":"2023-12-13T02:41:40","slug":"nguyen-tac-phan-loai-hang-hoa-2024","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/whitelotuslogistics.com.vn\/en\/nguyen-tac-phan-loai-hang-hoa-2024\/","title":{"rendered":"Principles for classifying goods 2024"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\">Principles for classifying goods 2024<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">(i) An item has only one unique code according to Vietnam&#039;s List of Exported and Imported Goods.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">(ii) When classifying goods <a href=\"https:\/\/whitelotuslogistics.com.vn\/en\/xac-dinh-ma-so\/\">import Export<\/a>, must obey:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">a) Article 26 of Customs Law No. 54\/2014\/QH13 dated June 23, 2014;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">b) Article 16 of Decree No. 08\/2015\/ND-CP dated January 15, 2015 of the Government detailing and implementing measures of the Customs Law on customs procedures, inspection, supervision and customs control;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">c) Instructions in Circular No. 14\/2015\/TT-BTC dated January 30, 2015.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">(iii) In case of classifying goods according to the provisions of (ii) above but the unique code according to Vietnam&#039;s List of exported and imported goods has not been determined, the following documents should be used:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">a) Detailed notes on the Student List;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">b) Collection of WCO classification opinions;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">c) Additional notes on the AHTN List;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">d) Database about <a href=\"https:\/\/dongnai.customs.gov.vn\/index.jsp?pageId=4288&amp;aid=120108&amp;cid=6992\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">List of Vietnam&#039;s export and import goods.<\/a><\/span><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Nguy\u00ean t\u1eafc ph\u00e2n lo\u1ea1i h\u00e0ng h\u00f3a 2024 (i) M\u1ed9t m\u1eb7t h\u00e0ng ch\u1ec9 c\u00f3 m\u1ed9t m\u00e3 s\u1ed1 duy nh\u1ea5t theo Danh m\u1ee5c h\u00e0ng h\u00f3a xu\u1ea5t kh\u1ea9u, nh\u1eadp kh\u1ea9u Vi\u1ec7t Nam.
