Follow Appendix III, \u201cList of imported goods according to license and conditions<\/em>\u201d is issued herewith\u00a0Decree No. 69\/2018\/ND-CP<\/a>\u00a0dated May 15, 2018 of the Government detailing a number of articles of the Law on Foreign Trade Management.<\/span><\/p>\n

This category applies to operations imports of goods<\/a> trade, non-trade; importing goods in border areas; Government and non-Government aid goods.<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/td>\na) Pesticides that are not included in the List of pesticides permitted for use in Vietnam for temporary import, re-export or import for production in Vietnam for export purposes according to the contract signed with foreign;<\/span><\/p>\n

b) Pesticides used for fumigation containing the active ingredient methyl bromide and active ingredients with acute toxicity categories I and II according to the Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labeling of Chemicals (GHS);<\/span><\/p>\n

c) Pesticides that are not included in the List of pesticides permitted for use in Vietnam are imported for testing for the purpose of registration of pesticides;<\/span><\/p>\n

d) Pesticides that are not included in the List of pesticides permitted for use in Vietnam are imported for testing and research; used in foreign projects in Vietnam; Plant protection drugs used as samples, goods for exhibitions, fairs and used in some special cases according to the decision of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development;<\/span><\/p>\n

d) Drugs on the List of plant protection drugs banned from use in Vietnam but imported as standard substances.<\/span><\/td>\n

Import license.<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
<\/td>\nLivestock breeds outside the list of animals allowed to be produced and traded in Vietnam; Insects of all kinds are not yet available in Vietnam; Sperm and embryos of livestock breeds imported into Vietnam for the first time.<\/span><\/td>\nImport Permit or Testing Permit, clearly stipulates conditions and licensing procedures.<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

d) Fertilizer participation in fairs and exhibitions;<\/span><\/p>\n

e) Imported fertilizer for export fertilizer production;<\/span><\/p>\n

g) Fertilizers for scientific research;<\/span><\/p>\n

h) Fertilizer as raw material for fertilizer production.<\/span><\/td>\n

Import license.<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
<\/td>\nGenetic resources of plants, animals, and microorganisms serve scientific and technical research and exchange.<\/span><\/td>\nImport license, clearly stipulates conditions and licensing procedures.<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
<\/td>\na) Specimens of endangered, precious, and rare wild animals and plants from nature listed in CITES Appendix I for non-commercial purposes.<\/span><\/p>\n

b) Specimens of endangered wild animals and plants from nature listed in CITES Appendices II and III; and specimens of endangered wild animals and plants in the CITES Appendices originating from breeding, rearing, or artificial planting.<\/span><\/td>\n

Pursuant to the provisions of CITES Convention to announce conditions and guide import procedures.<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
