EXPORTED FISHERY PRODUCTS ARE RECALLED OR RETURNED<\/span><\/a><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2013 Organizations and individuals carrying out quarantine procedures to import exported aquatic animal products that are recalled or returned must submit documents at the quarantine declaration unit.<\/span>
\nRecords include:<\/b><\/span>
\na) Quarantine declaration form (form no\u00a003TS<\/a>, Appendix V of Circular 26\/2016\/TT-BNNPTNT, dated June 30, 2016);<\/span>
\nb) Certified copy of the enterprise's documents related to the exported shipment (Food safety certificate if any, notice of recall of the enterprise's shipment, customs declaration, list of goods) Commodity section) for exported aquatic animal products that are recalled or returned.<\/span>
\n\u2013 Within 0.5 working days from the date of receipt of valid documents, the Quarantine Unit confirms the quarantine declaration form for the goods owner to complete procedures with the Customs Authority.<\/span>
\n\u2013 In case the dossier is invalid, KDVDV is assigned to guide the goods owner to complete the dossier.<\/span><\/div>\n
