EXPORT OF AQUATIC ANIMALS AND ANIMAL PRODUCTS NOT USED FOR FOOD<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n

Organizations and individuals carrying out quarantine procedures for exported aquatic products and aquatic products not used as food submit documents at the Quarantine Declaration Unit.<\/span>
\nRecords include:<\/b><\/span>
\n\u2013 Quarantine declaration form (03 copies), according to form\u00a003TS<\/a>\u00a0of Appendix V issued with Circular No. 26\/2016\/TT-BNNPTNT dated June 30, 2016.<\/span>
\n\u2013 Veterinary hygiene requirements of the competent authority of the importing country or the goods owner (if any);<\/span>
\n\u2013 Copy of the Fisheries Export License from the Directorate of Fisheries with confirmation from the enterprise (for exported aquatic species, a license must be requested according to the provisions of Circular No. 04\/2015\/TT-BNNPTNT dated December 12). \/02\/2015 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development).<\/span>
