\n\u2013 Quarantine declaration form for animals and animal products for export\u00a0(sample 2)<\/a>\u00a0stipulated in Circular 25\/2016\/TT-BNNPTNT dated June 30, 2016 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development.<\/span>
\n\u2013 Veterinary hygiene requirements of the importing country or goods owner (if any).<\/span>
\n\u2013 Sample of Quarantine Certificate from the competent authority of the importing country (if any);<\/span><\/div>\n
