PROCESS FOR ISSUING QUARANTINE CERTIFICATE FOR IMPORTED TERRESTRIAL ANIMALS AND ANIMAL PRODUCTS<\/a><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Animal<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

Organizations and individuals carrying out quarantine procedures for imported animals submit documents at the Quarantine Declaration Unit.<\/span>
\nRecords include:<\/b><\/span>
\n\u2013 Quarantine declaration form (03 copies),\u00a0sample 3\u00a0<\/a>of Circular 25\/2016\/TT-BNNPTNT dated June 30, 2016 regulating quarantine of terrestrial animals and animal products;<\/span>
\n\u2013 Quarantine approval document from the Department of Animal Health (original);<\/span>
\n\u2013 Quarantine certificate from the competent authority of the exporting country (original);<\/span><\/p>\n

Animal products<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

Organizations and individuals (referred to as goods owners) when importing animal products on the List of animal products subject to quarantine must submit a quarantine declaration dossier at the border gate quarantine unit of the Department of Animal Health. y region VI.<\/span>
\nRecords include:<\/b><\/span>
\na) Quarantine declaration form (sample number 3<\/a>\u00a0Appendix V issued with Circular No. 25\/2016\/TT-BNNPTNT, dated June 30, 2016);<\/span>
\nb) Quarantine certificate of the exporting country;<\/span>
\nc) Written approval for import quarantine from the Department of Animal Health (if any).<\/span>
\n\u2013 Within 0.5 working days from the date of receipt of valid documents, the Quarantine Unit confirms the quarantine declaration form for the goods owner to complete procedures with the Customs Authority.<\/span>
\n\u2013 In case the dossier is invalid, KDVDV is assigned to guide the goods owner to complete the dossier.<\/span><\/div>\n
