Step 1: Complete the procedures to receive a security card<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n

To receive the card, customers please present the following documents at security gate No. 1:<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2013 Letter of receipt or bill of lading or bill of lading number<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2013 ID card or other identification document (with photo)<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2013 Introduction letter (customer is a company)<\/span><\/p>\n

Note: <\/span>Customers please return the card at the exit gate.<\/span><\/p>\n

Step 2: Complete procedures for receiving goods, register the vehicle to receive goods at the check-in counter<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n

1) The documents you need to present are as follows:<\/span><\/p>\n

A. If the goods received are company goods:<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

In case of receiving goods through an agent:<\/span><\/div>\n
\u2013 Authorization letter of the agent.<\/span><\/div>\n
\u2013 Referral letter sent to TCS Company: the content is to send staff to TCS to receive goods or receive documents.<\/span><\/div>\n
\u2013 Identity card or passport (valid) of the person named on the referral.\u00a0 <\/span><\/div>\n
In case the consignee's name is shown on the MAWB without an agent:<\/span><\/div>\n
\u2013 Letter of invitation to receive goods from TCS, or copy of the air waybill (AWB) of the shipment or air waybill number.<\/span><\/div>\n
\u2013 Referral letter sent to TCS Company: the content is to send staff to TCS to receive goods or receive documents.<\/span><\/div>\n
\u2013 Identity card or passport (valid) of the person named on the referral.\u00a0 <\/span><\/div>\n
In case of receiving goods through a bank:<\/span><\/div>\n
\u2013 Original bill of lading with bank confirmation or bank authorization letter (original) with endorsement.<\/span><\/div>\n
\u2013 Referral letter sent to TCS Company: the content is to send staff to TCS to receive goods or receive documents.<\/span><\/div>\n
\u2013 Identity card or passport (unexpired) of the person named on the referral.B. If the goods received are personal goods:\u00a0 <\/span><\/div>\n
In case of goods not sent through an agent:<\/span><\/div>\n
\u2013 Identity card or passport (valid) of the consignee.<\/span><\/div>\n
\u2013 Household registration of the consignee.\u00a0 <\/span><\/div>\n
In case of receiving goods through an agent:<\/span><\/div>\n
\u2013 Authorization letter of the agent.<\/span><\/div>\n
\u2013 Identity card or passport (valid) of the consignee.<\/span><\/div>\n
\u2013 Household registration of the consignee.\u00a0 <\/span><\/div>\n
In case of borrowing the company's address for transactions:<\/span><\/div>\n
\u2013 Loan confirmation with address of the lending company (with confirmation stamp).<\/span><\/div>\n
\u2013 Household registration and identity card or passport (valid) of the consignee.\u00a0 <\/span><\/div>\n
In case of borrowing personal address:<\/span><\/div>\n
\u2013 Confirmation of lending address of the lending individual (confirmed by the local government where the address is lent).<\/span><\/div>\n
\u2013 Original household registration of the lending individual.<\/span><\/div>\n
\u2013 Household registration and identity card or passport (valid) of the consignee.<\/span><\/div>\n
2) Customers will pay for service, receive invoices, TCS will resolve queries in this area.<\/span><\/div>\n
\n

Note: For temporary residence, you need confirmation of temporary residence from the local government, household registration and identity card of the consignee.<\/span><\/p>\n

Step 3: Do customs procedures<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\u2013 Carry out registration procedures to open a Customs inspection declaration at Tan Son Nhat Customs Center.<\/span><\/div>\n

\u2013 Register with Customs the shipment you will receive.<\/span><\/p>\n
