1. Steps to operate VNACCS\/VCIS system\u00a0<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n

Step 1:<\/strong> Register to use digital signature\u00a0 \"H\u1ec7<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n

Step 2:<\/strong> Register users of VNACCS\/VCIS System<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n

Step 3:<\/strong> Download and install terminal software for businesses<\/span><\/p>\n

Use terminal software provided by the General Department of Customs for free:<\/span><\/p>\n

You download the terminal software installer with installation instructions here<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Perform installation according to the instruction manual.<\/span><\/p>\n

* Note<\/span>: During the installation process, the program will ask to enter the parameters "Workstation code" and "Access key", these are business parameters provided when registering system users ( Step 2).<\/span><\/p>\n

2. Software of companies providing customs declaration terminal software:<\/span><\/p>\n

Electronic customs declaration software that meets the technical requirements for connecting to the VNACCS\/VCIS System includes:<\/span><\/p>\n

– FPT.VNACCS 278 of FPS FPT Information System Company Limited<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n

– ECUS5-VNACCS of Thai Son Technology Development Company Limited<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n

– CDS live 4.5.0.8 of GOL IT Trading and Services Co., Ltd<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n

– ECS 5.0 of Softech Joint Stock Company<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2013 iHaiQuan 2.0 of TS24 Joint Stock Company<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n

Step 4:<\/strong> Use terminal software to perform customs declaration<\/span><\/p>\n

Terminal software for businesses is provided free of charge by the General Department of Customs.<\/span><\/p>\n

Businesses reflect problems with services\u00a0\u201cSupport for problems operating the VNACCS\/VCIS System\u201d<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n

It is recommended that businesses actively report problems using this method, attaching screenshots when errors arise to create favorable conditions for customs authorities to handle problems.<\/span><\/p>\n
